This gingerbread village has 14 full-size gingerbread cabins that guests can step inside. The restaurant serves Lapland cuisine, including reindeer, northern fish, king crab and leipäjuusto (bread cheese), with cloudberry or vanilla-mousse desserts. It took over the premises of the former Santamus restaurant.
You can walk in without a reservation. A private gingerbread cabin can be rented for day use via reception or the online shop, and when you rent for at least two hours, half of the rental can be spent on food and drinks at the restaurant. The cabins can be used for resting, storing luggage, changing clothes or letting children nap. A sauna and outdoor hot tub package can be added to a cabin rental for groups of up to 12. The venue also hosts private events such as Christmas parties, birthdays, corporate dinners and weddings. Accessible seating, entrance and toilet are available.
