This Tampere noodle bar sets out to change how people see Chinese street food, and its noodles, bao buns and dumplings are all made in-house. Soups inspired by Chongqing, Sichuan and Shanghai come with home-made wheat noodles, hand-cut dao xiao noodles or rice noodles, and the menu also has wok-fried noodles and fried rice, kimchi fried rice among them.
Lunch includes a salad bar, soup, coffee and tea plus one noodle dish. You can eat in, take away or order delivery, and tables can be booked online. Dishes carry allergen labels, there is a children's menu with high chairs, and dogs are allowed inside. Epassi, Edenred and Smartum meal benefits are accepted.
