This Tampere gym is fitted out with equipment from brands such as Prime, Atlantis and Newtech, and the machines are updated regularly. It caters for general fitness and strength training as well as bodybuilding, fitness and powerlifting. Two personal trainers work here, and supplements and training clothes are also on sale.
A mobile app works as the door key and is also used to manage your details, contract and membership. Visitors usually spend about an hour and a half here. The entrance is not step-free, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
