Founded in 2018, this Turku craft bakery and patisserie makes sourdough breads, buns baked with butter, French macarons, pastries and cakes to order. All its grain is Finnish and organic, and other ingredients are local and organic where possible. The range changes with the seasons.
Breakfast is served every day: the bun of the day with butter and cheese, yoghurt with homemade granola and jam, and coffee, tea or juice, with a vegan version too. Cake orders are arranged through the contact details on the website. Visits usually take 5 to 45 minutes. The entrance is not step-free, and parking is free.
