Founded in 1998, the non-profit association supports families, integration and multicultural dialogue. Its wholly owned company provides early childhood education. Mustikka is an open community meeting place, with development work particularly considering women's role in immigrant families' integration.
Services include rehabilitative work activity adapted to individual goals and training in employment and job-search skills for immigrant women. Families and others interested can become members, and volunteering opportunities are available.
