Operated by a non-profit association founded in 1949, the service ranges from lighter assisted living for older people to round-the-clock care for people with memory disorders. Housing services began in 1991, followed by the Kaisla group home in 2001, Sylvi in 2014 and Väinö in 2020. A volunteer network supports its work.
Psychophysical physiotherapy is also offered, and meeting and negotiation rooms can be hired. The entrance, car park and toilet are wheelchair accessible, with accessible seating available.
