The fraternal organisation is based on fellowship, tolerance, charity and mutual help. It takes no position on political or religious questions. Members progress through a degree system intended to support personal spiritual growth.
Local lodges and camps operate in Finnish and Swedish for men and women. Participation is open to those accepting its principles. The building has a wheelchair-accessible car park and entrance.
