This Japanese-style restaurant in Punavuori opened in 2013 and, according to its website, was the first salmon-specialist restaurant in Finland. The dishes are bowls of fresh salmon and vegetables, with a menu blending Japanese and Southeast Asian flavours. Signature dishes include teriyaki salmon, salmon poke and salmon zuke bowls. Ingredients are seasonal and food is prepared daily. Coffee and breakfast are also served, and the restaurant appears on Restaurant Guru's 2024 list of Finland's top 100 fish restaurants.
Tables can be booked in advance. Food can also be ordered through Wolt for pickup or delivery. There is no accessible parking.
