Founded in 1911, this Helsinki-based umbrella organisation brings together women's and gender equality associations. It works for human rights, gender equality and equal treatment through advocacy, public statements and election goals.
Nationwide and other registered associations can apply for membership using an application form. The website is available in Finnish, Swedish, English and Easy Finnish, and you can support the organisation's work with a donation. The office also serves visitors in person, the entrance and toilet are wheelchair accessible, and there is paid street parking nearby.
