Beside Turku Cathedral, this bistro serves flavours from around the world: the kitchen mixes influences from different countries, reworks classics and chooses responsibly sourced ingredients. The kitchen is led by chefs Kari “Kape” Aihinen and Olli Kolu, who aim for big, rich flavours without unnecessary formality.
The menu always includes vegetarian, fish and meat dishes, and dietary needs can be noted when booking. There are à la carte and lunch menus, wines from various regions, cocktails and beers. Tables can be booked online. There is outdoor seating, and the entrance, seating and toilet are accessible. A visit usually lasts 1.5 to 3.5 hours.
