This Turku poke bar puts each bowl together only after you order, and you choose the base, protein, toppings and sauce yourself. The bowls are named after Finnish cities, proteins are bought in every morning, and nothing is frozen to extend shelf life. Plant-based and gluten-free options are available, along with cold-pressed juices made in-house and milkshakes. It opened in August 2026.
You can eat in, or order online and collect from the counter, and tables can be reserved. A children's menu, high chairs and a baby changing table are available, the toilet is wheelchair accessible, and dogs are allowed outside. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
