Operating since 2009, the provider arranges personal assistance and other support at home and outside it. Clients include people with disabilities, intellectual disabilities or long-term illnesses, older people and families with children. The business belongs to the Citywork group.
Service starts with an assessment, and personal assistance can be funded through a wellbeing services county service voucher. Clients may choose their assistant and change them if necessary. Assistants are vetted, trained adults. The office is in Hansakortteli, and self-monitoring reports are published online.
